Stake Service Week - Honor 9/11 with Community Service

  • The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints 22851 Aliso Creek Road Aliso Viejo, CA, 92656 United States (map)

We are excited about the Area Presidency’s invitation to participate in service during the week of September 11 in honor of “National Day of Service and Remembrance.” The goal is that members of our stake will join other organizations to heal, unify, and transform the hearts of people from all faiths, cultures and communities.

Our Stake Service Week will be September 11-17. This will be a great opportunity for the whole family to find ways to serve. Look for more information from your ward leaders on individual projects for primary kids, youth, and adults throughout the week.

Thursday, September 15th from 2-8 PM we will host a Red Cross Blood Drive at the Stake Center (22851 Aliso Creek Road, Aliso Viejo). Every donor will receive a Red Cross Commemorative T-shirt. The online schedule is live and ready for sign-ups.

Saturday, September 17th from 5-7 PM there will be a community wide Service Fair held at the Stake Center, with on-site service projects, dinner, information about local charities, music, and fun for the kids!
